Consultation

This is for our wrinkle reducing treatments, such as Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport or Xeomin. Your consultation will consist of discussion on your goals with toxin to the face, a quote on the appropriate dosage to achieve this. this treatment can be done on the same day as consultation.

Dermal Fillers consultation  will consist of a discussion    of your long term goals with treatment, selection of appropriate product to achieve those goals. Treatment potentially can be completed on the same depending upon the providers availability. If no availability you can be scheduled at the next available appointment slot.

Facial treatment consultation will include discussion of the different facial treatments that we offer, discussion of your skin care goals, decision on  procedure that would be best to achieve those goals as well as a detailed plan of how long and when we potentially could achieve the goal set forth by you and provider. You will be asked to fill out a skin care analysis and Fitzgerald skin assessment prior to starting treatments

Slim shot consultation is for our weekly weight loss injections. You will discuss with the provider you full health history and your  weight loss goals.The provider will then need to do a full assessment that may also include lab work prior to starting on injections. Once you are determined to be a candidate you will discuss further with provider you next steps
